Welcome to ReptileSALES.com.au! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and services. Please read them carefully before using our site. By accessing or using ReptileSALES.com.au, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use our services.

Any person previously banned from accessing any website owned by Data Defence Pty Ltd, or any subsidiary thereof, is permanently banned from using, joining, or otherwise accessing any platform owned by us, including this site.

1. Overview

1.1 ReptileSALES.com.au is an online platform that allows users to post, browse, and respond to classified listings for reptiles and related products. Reptile Sales is a registered business, owned and operated by Data Defence Pty Ltd (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms outline the rules and guidelines for using our services.

1.2 Bullying and / or abusive language won’t be tolerated in any form, whether to another member or one of our staff, such conduct will result in an immediate permanent ban across all platforms operated by Data Defence Pty Ltd.

1.3 Any person who has jeopardised other users (or us) through their negligence in relation to any of our platforms or their activities, or who has acted dishonestly in their interactions with Data Defence Pty Ltd (including subsidiaries), staff or users, or any platform under our ownership and operation, are not allowed access to any present or future platforms managed by Data Defence Pty Ltd or any subsidiary. I.e. They are permanently banned.

2. Prohibited Use of Fake or Unregistered Names

2.1 We have a strict requirement for the use of real names. We do not allow the use of fake personal names or unregistered business or company names on ReptileSALES.com.au. Individuals found using such made up unregistered names will be banned from accessing all of our products and services.

2.2 Using a fake personal name or an unregistered business or company name violates our policies and may have legal implications. For example, if you are advertising and selling reptiles under a name that is not your legal name, such as “Joe’s Reptiles” or “Fancy Frogs,” instead of using your own legal name like “Joe Bloggs,” it qualifies as using an unregistered name.

2.3 It is important to note that advertising or otherwise promoting any form of trade activity using an unregistered business or company name is illegal, and is foreseeably harmful to our company, site members, and the general public. We take this seriously, and any breach in relation to this will be investigated, with findings reported to the relevant authorities.

3. User Responsibilities

3.1 Eligibility: By using ReptileSALES.com.au, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of any items listed on our site or the ability of sellers to fulfill their obligations. Users are solely responsible for conducting their own due diligence and entering into transactions at their own risk.
